Silence on state crimes leads to further human rights violations

To intensify the ongoing atrocities against Palestinians, the Zionist regime has recently massacred hundreds of civilians in Gaza. The majority of governments in the world, however, have remained silent on Israel’s appalling crimes against innocent Palestinians. This is a disgrace. Inaction in the face of the genocide in Palestine and the situation of other oppressed communities in the world is not only against human principles, but it is also a dangerous issue for humanity at large. It is often silence in the face of the oppression of fellow human beings that emboldens the oppressors and paves the way for further oppression and injustice in the world.
